When does valet trash service start?

Once you sign up, your service will begin on the next scheduled collection day (you’ll receive a confirmation email with your start date)

How will I be billed?

The valet trash fee will appear on your monthly rent statement.

What time should I place my trash outside?

Please place your tied trash bags outside your door between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM on service nights.
Our team begins collection promptly after 9:00 PM.

What items are not accepted?

We cannot collect: 

 - Loose or leaking trash

- Oversized items (furniture, boxes, appliances)

- Hazardous or sharp materials

- Recyclables mixed with regular trash

Please make sure all trash is tied securely and placed in the provided bin.

How many bags can I place out?

Residents may place up to 2 bags per night. 

​

What do I do after pickup?

Please bring your bin back inside by 9:00 AM the following morning to keep the community clean and clutter-free.

What if my trash wasn’t collected?
