When does valet trash service start?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your official start date upon enrollment.

How will I be billed?

The valet trash service fee will be included in your monthly rent statement or billed separately. 

What time should I place my trash outside?

Please place securely tied trash bags outside your door during the designated service hours (based on your community). Our team will begin collection promptly thereafter.

What items are not accepted?

We cannot collect: 

 - Loose or leaking trash

- Oversized items (furniture, boxes, appliances)

- Hazardous or sharp materials

- Recyclables mixed with regular trash

Please make sure all trash is tied securely and placed in the provided bin.

How many bags can I place out?

Residents may place up to 2 bags per night. 

What do I do after pickup?

Please bring your bin back inside by the designated hours (based on your community) to keep the community clean and clutter-free.

What if my trash wasn’t collected?

If your trash was placed out on time and properly bagged but wasn’t picked up, contact us right away:  firstclassvalettrash@outlook.com
